EKTRA is a company created to deliver innovative, wide ranging and responsive therapies all over localities in Kent to NHS and private patients.

EKTRA established as a company in 2007 with local GPs and Practice Based Commissioners with our objective being to provide a safe, cost effective and high quality service to within the local community for NHS and private patients, the independent sector and Medico legal.

Now, with the wide range of highly trained therapists working with us and the knowledge they bring, EKTRA are able to provide a complete range of rehabilitating assessments and therapeutic services to areas near you. Creating a simple answer for busy lifestyles, with easy access to appointments and flexibility around you, including extended hours appointments weekdays and Saturday mornings.

NHS patients benefit from easy and quick access to our services, they have a choice of location and treatment, no waiting times, and extended hours of practice which includes late night and Saturday morning appointments. If patients are unable to travel to their local GP Surgery or Health Centre then arrangements are made for the patient to be treated within their own home.

Practice Based Commissioning allows groups of family doctors and community clinicians to develop better services for their local communities, resulting in high quality services for patients in local convenient settings. Being approved providers of physiotherapy services by the Primary Care Trust and preferred providers to local GP's, we believe our company and the service we provide to be unique in that we are able to offer flexibility by tailoring our services that best deliver what local people and practice based commissioners want.
